Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze current financial position of members to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money.
• Take, process and make decisions to approve, deny or negotiate loan request.
• Book, disburse and completing documentation for loans.
• Provide excellent customer service to members.
• Research and answer general questions on loan accounts.
• Cross sell credit union products and services.

Minimum Requirements:         

• 1 year consumer loan officer experience in a credit union or financial institution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, customer service skills, strong computer skills, self motivated and have the ability to cross-sale credit union product and services.
