Member Service Representative:

• Performs routine member transactions in person, by mail and by phone, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers, travelers checks, check cashing, cashiers checks, wires, and member account maintenance
• Accurately balances cash drawer at end of day; balances checks received; films daily work, and files daily work in designated location.
• Responds to members requests, problems and complaints, and researches account information when needed
• Provides routine information on credit union services or policies, including eligibility for membership, types of credit union accounts, insurance on loans, loan information, interest rates, current dividend rates, locations, office hours and telephone numbers
