| A Credit Union located in the Medical Center is seeking a friendly, outgoing individual with
excellent communication skills. Person will work in a small branch.
Must have the ability to work independently and possess excellent
customer service skills. | Under
general supervision and in accordance with established policies and
procedures, provide over the counter service to members and promote
credit union products and services. Responsible for balancing daily
transactions and verifying cash totals. Maintain equipment and files
necessary to keep accurate records. These duties may be performed at
any credit union office as assigned. Identify the financial service
needs of each member, take extraordinary steps to offer solutions to
meet those needs, and promptly deliver the credit union's products and
services with accuracy and courtesy. Provide prompt, accurate, and
courteous service to internal members (co-workers) at all times. | Minimum Requirements
- Requires at least 2 years of consecutive cash handling skills within a retail or similar environment. Banking or Credit Union Teller experience is a plus but not required.
- Must
produce accurate and complete work, follow internal controls, provide a
timely response in relating to members, and have a commitment to member
service and teamwork.
- Needs to be dependable, punctual, cooperative, hardworking and work overtime as needed.
- Must be bondable.
Must be able to work the following schedule: Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 11am - 4:30pm Saturday: 8:30am -12:30pm
